Relax. We'll
handle the rest.

Not at all. As long as we have access to your pool and equipment, there’s no need to rearrange your day. You’ll receive a text when your technician is on the way, followed by a Digital Pool Health Report after every visit so you always know exactly what was done.

Not always. As a locally owned Dixon business, Driftline currently operates on a rotating schedule, so your service day may vary by 1–3 days from week to week. You’ll still receive one complete professional service every week and a Digital Pool Health Report after every visit. As Driftline grows and our team expands, more consistent service days will become available. Thank you for supporting a growing local business!

After every visit, you’ll receive a personalized report with your water chemistry readings, chemicals added, services completed, photos, equipment observations, and any recommendations. It’s our way of keeping you informed—even when you’re not home.

Yes. Routine balancing chemicals are included with every recurring membership, up to the included service allowance. If your pool requires additional chemicals or specialty treatment, we’ll let you know before any additional charges are applied.

Absolutely. All Driftline services are month-to-month, so you can move between Balance, Escape, and Reserve as your needs change. Plan changes take effect with your next billing cycle, and certain Reserve maintenance benefits require continuous enrollment. No long-term contracts, no plan-change fees, no hassle.

We would love to bring your pool back to life! While there is an extra cost, we are happy to give you an estimate upon request.

Our memberships currently start at $99/month for Balance, $159/month for Escape, and $229/month for Reserve. Final pricing may vary based on pool size, features, condition, access, and service requirements.

Every pool is different. Larger pools, attached spas, unusual equipment, heavy debris, or other service requirements may affect your monthly rate. We’ll confirm your exact price before service begins.

We’ll review your pool information and contact you to arrange a complimentary assessment. We’ll evaluate your pool and equipment, recommend the appropriate membership, and confirm your monthly rate before service begins.

For your convenience, Driftline uses secure automatic billing. A valid payment method is kept on file and your monthly membership is automatically charged each billing cycle.
